No time like the present!

Nicole had said she liked the old blog we used to do, so I started up another if anyone is interested. There is no other natural high (I believe) than what you get after running a distance you never thought you could, whether it's 1 mile or 20 miles. Running ALWAYS makes me feel better when I'm done. It makes you feel accomplished, healthy, proud, calmer, and all around happier. It is definitely not always easy nor fun but the benefits afterward make it all worth it! I'm running the Reed's Lake 10K this Saturday, so off to run 3 or 4 miles today in preparation.

  1. I am excited about this! Thanks Tina. Even if we don't get to run in Disney this year, It really is my goal to do it sometime. I think that I am going to creat a bucketlist and this will be on of the 1st things on it!

  2. I am excited too!!!! I think my "start date" is Sunday. Have a funeral out of town on Sat so I figured that wasn't a good day and not mentally prepared for tomorrow. So, if anyone wants a partner let me know!! I will need to start with walking and then add in the short interval running. I agree that even if we can't go to Disney we should have local race goals in mind. Thanks girls for the motivation!! I think this will be fun to keep up to date!!
